Our Policies

📋 General Policies

  • Appointments must be scheduled using the link in bio.

  • A consent form will be emailed and must be completed prior to your visit.

  • Arrive 10 minutes early and wait in your car. This is a home-based business.

  • The address will be sent via email once your appointment is confirmed.

  • No guests allowed unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Payments are made via e-transfer to: icebeamlaser@gmail.com

⏰ Late Arrival Policy

  • If you’re running late, text me right away.

  • If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit will be forfeited.

  • If late, we may not finish all areas; you’ll still be charged for the full session.

  • No-shows result in loss of booking privileges and deposit.

🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

  • A reminder email will be sent 48 hours before your appointment.

  • One reschedule is allowed without penalty if done 48+ hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling less than 48 hours before your session = loss of deposit (FIRM)

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or same-day = 50% of session cost charged as a cancellation fee.

🪒 Shaving Policy

  • Shave 24 hours before your session. Your shave must be clean and thorough.

  • Unshaved areas will NOT be treated.

  • Shaving during your session is not included unless pre-arranged (a small fee applies).

💰 Package Policy

  • Packages are paid in two parts:

    • 60% on the first session

    • 40% on the fourth session

  • Valid for 1 year from purchase date (FIRM).

  • Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once treatment begins.

🩸 Menstruation Policy

  • Schedule your sessions before or after your menstrual cycle (FIRM).

  • You are allowed one reschedule per month due to menstruation.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to fees, even if menstruation is the reason (especially if you’ve already rescheduled).

  • This policy does not apply to clients with irregular cycles.
